Getting more inbound links are essential for any blogger:
- More inbound links increase your PR, making you more attractive to advertisers.
- More links improve your search engine rankings, enabling more traffic from Google.
- Good quality links can be a direct source of traffic in themselves.
It is a mistake for a new blogger, just to focus on content and patiently wait for links to come in. It is better to be proactive and see link building as an essential weekly activity.
Methods to Increase Links to your Blog
1.Blog Carnivals
Participate in Blog Carnivals. Make this, at least a weekly task. Search for carnivals related to your themes and if necessary write posts that work for both the carnival and your blog. Look out for new carnivals as well. Show your support by linking to carnivals who show your post.
