		<description>Yes, we&#039;re back now to the point where I first thought house prices looked expensive on a price/earnings ratio!

Not much consolation if you&#039;re still not on the ladder.

Perhaps rising interest rates and constrained affordability are the best hope for first-time buyers, providing they&#039;re socking away a big deposit to make up for it!</description>
