		<description>Its so understandable that both people and the banks are protecting themselves, and it so true that people don&#039;t want that added stress of a bond hanging over their heads, especially with the markets so unstable, but we can see that these are starting to get back into shape slowly but people are going to hold off a little while longer before signing themselves into big financial commitments like a bond.</description>
