There have been quite a few glowing references for the product. Personally I wouldn't be able to make an effective go at mortgage cycling, mainly because at the end of the month I don't have much spare cash. However if you do have have a couple of hundred dollars to spend at the end of the month. The books shows in great detail, using extensive excel spreadsheets, how you can pay off the mortgage early and build up your equity.

It is not overly complex but such a scheme does require careful planning and a certain amount of discipline.
